The Westin 36-2125 Bumper Push Bar (Part No. 36-2125) is designed specifically for 2020–2025 Ford Police Interceptor Utility models — it is not a direct fit for a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport SUV.
The mounting points and front bumper structure on the newer Police Interceptor Utility (which is built from a later Ford platform) are significantly different than those on a 2015 Explorer, so this push bar would require custom brackets and fabrication to fit your vehicle. It’s not a bolt-on kit for your model.
Your options:

Get a push bar/brake grille guard that is made for a 2011–2019 Ford Explorer Sport / Utility SUV — this will bolt on with factory points and require no custom fabrication.
