If you are having a payment issue, please follow this step. You can use Paypal and you do not need to have a PayPal account to place order with MyTruckPoint. 

Payment can be decline for many reasons, such as address change, incorrect billing address, or technical issue. You can call us on 1-800-292-4173 or chat with us for any payment issue and we will be happy to assist you. 

You will see the order number if the payment is successful, if you did not receive any order number then your payment didn't go through. You may try again with Credit card payment or PayPal (credit card payment). Please note we do not ship multiple orders if you try multiple times, For some reason, if you accidentally place 2 or more order then we will contact you before shipping your order. 

Step 1 - Fill out the information and Select PayPal instead of Credit Card and Click Place Order

Step 2- Click Pay with Credit or Visa Debit Card

Step 3 - Verify your billing address, enter your Credit Card Info then click on No Thanks and check the team and condition box and click place order. Once the payment is successful it will take you back to mytruckpoint page and provide you with an order number.
