Shipping and Delivery       

Our shipping time frame is between 5 to 8 business days. We ship your order from our nearest warehouse. For example, if you live in Toronto, we ship your order from Toronto warehouse. Most of our customers receive their order between 2 to 4 business days. However, it may take 5 to 8 business days for some orders. If you want to rush your order, give us a call and we might arrange something for you. Orders placed before noon will be shipped out the same day.

Note: Special orders are non-refundable and it can take up to 3 to 4 weeks for us to ship it to you.

Always verify before accepting the parts from the shipping company. You have right to deny if you receive a damage part. Please do not accept the shipment without signing received as damage.  

Holiday Season: Please keep in mind that due to year-end holidays shipping can take longer than usual, as per shipping companies (FedEx, Purolator, Loomis). We appreciate your patience. 

Free Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all except Non-LTL (less than truckload), heavy products will be shipped at best rates. Additionally, remote location shipping charges will be applied. MyTruckPoint will not cover any exceptionally high shipping charges and customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. If they do not wish to continue with the order customer can request the order to be cancelled for full refund. Free shipping is the cost that is incurred by MyTruckPoint to help customer with their purchase. However please note that not all products and location are eligable for free shipping. 

Returns and Replacements

All returns must be in original condition. We offer 30-days return policy, however; 15% restocking fees will be applied. Contact us for any further information on returns.


We highly recommend you to create an account on our website. It will enable you to track your order. Orders placed as guest will not be able to track their order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation for receipt and tracking.

You can track your order online if you created an account on our website. We update your account as soon as your order is shipped out. We also send out an email with tracking information.
