Free Shipping

• Eligibility: Enjoy Free Shipping on most products for orders over $99 in the USA & Canada.
• Exclusions: Some oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges. We’ll notify you of any extra costs before shipping.
• Non-Eligible Locations: Free Shipping is not available for:
• Yukon Territory
• Northwest Territory
• Nunavut
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Other U.S. Territories

Processing & Delivery

• Order Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM are typically processed the same day.
• Shipping Time: Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days, while custom-made products may require extra time.
• Delivery Time: Once shipped, expect delivery within 2-5 business days via carriers like Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.

Shipping Limitations

• P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address to avoid delays.

Special Orders & Backorders

• Fees: Some special orders may have additional fees, which we’ll discuss with you beforehand.
• Non-Cancellable: Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please consider your order carefully.

Oversized Items

• LTL Freight: Items over 150 lbs or exceeding 165 inches in length and girth may incur additional shipping fees. Our team will contact you regarding any extra costs.

Refunds and Returns

• Refusal of Shipment: If you decline a delivered order, you’ll receive a refund minus any shipping and restocking fees. Special orders are non-returnable.
• Return Process:
1. Call Us: 800.292.4173
2. Get an RMA: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
3. Return Instructions: Pack and ship the item back with the RMA label.
4. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
• Restocking Fees: A 20% restocking fee applies to returned items, except in cases of our error or defective products.

• Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Damaged or Wrong Items

• Report Damage: If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 10 business days to initiate a claim.
• Received Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong part, please do not install it. Contact us at 800.292.4173, and we’ll arrange for the return and correct shipment.

Order Cancellation

• If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 30 minutes at 800.292.4173 or support@mytruckpoint.ca. If the order has already shipped, you may be responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
