SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

MyTruckPoint offers Free Shipping on majority products in USA & Canada for orders over $50. However, there are certain locations where we are not able to offer Free Shipping but we try to ship with the lowest rates possible. Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed the same day.

Most of the products that are in stock are shipped Same Day or within 1-2 business days. There are certain products that are custom made to order which requires manufacturing time.

Please allow at least 2 to 5 business days once the order is shipped to you. Shipping Carriers such as Purolator, FedEx. Loomis Express.

FREE SHIPPING

Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $50. We offer Free Shipping on most of the products. However, some products that are heavy and big in size cannot be shipped through a regular delivery system and requires additional shipping charges. MyTruckPoint will not cover any exceptionally high shipping charges. The customer will be responsible for those additional charges. Free Shipping is a cost that is covered by MyTruckPoint to help our customers with their purchase but not all the products and locations are eligible for Free Shipping.  We do not ship to APO/FPO.

PO BOX Address:

Shipping Limitations: Unfortunately, the majority of our products are too large to be shipped to P.O. Boxes. As a result, we do not accept orders with P.O. Box addresses. If a P.O. Box is provided along with a full physical address, we will use the physical address for shipping. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address to avoid delays in processing your order. If you have any concerns or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks:

In the event of any payment disputes or credit card chargebacks related to an order, it will be considered a default on the payment owed to MyTruckpoint.
MyTruckpoint retains the right to forward defaulted payments in full, along with any outstanding debts to MyTruckpoint, to a collections agent. A 30% collection fee may apply.

Special Order or Backorders: 

Our goal is to fulfill all special orders or backorders within the same general shipping timeframe. While we strive to absorb additional shipping costs to assist our customers, some parts may require extra fees.

Cost Considerations: We make every effort to absorb as much of the special order fees as possible to enhance your ordering experience. However, if we are unable to cover the entire cost, we will promptly contact you. At that point, we'll provide a detailed quote for the additional fees before proceeding with the special order. You will then have the option to proceed with the order or cancel it.

Order Modification Notice: Once a special order is placed, cancellation may not be possible. We advise careful consideration before placing a special order. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our customer support team for clarification and assistance.

Refusal of Shipment:

Customers who decline the delivery of a fulfilled order will receive a refund for the order's cost, subject to deductions for any freight costs incurred by MyTruckpoint and applicable restocking fees.

Please note that this policy does not apply to special order items, which are non-returnable.

Oversize Item LTL FREIGHT

Heavy and big items do not qualify for Free Shipping. Some products are oversized and cannot be shipped through standard shipping. If there is any additional cost you will be informed by our sales team before the item is shipped. If you do not wish to pay additional shipping cost, you have the option to cancel the order and request a full refund. Packages that weight more than 150 lbs. are LTL Packages. Packages Length more than 165 inches in length and girth combined are LTL Package. Packages can be up to 108 inches in length to qualify for small package, However please note some package may have over-size fees applied to it. For more info please contact us on 800.292.4173.

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Products warranties these products against original defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the installed vehicle. This warranty excludes damage from accident, misuse, neglect, improper installation, fire, vandalism, or any form of abuse. Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product covered by this warranty. It is a parts-only warranty, and repair or replacement is the sole obligation and remedy for a defective product. Labor, installation, painting, incidental damages, shipping, and handling costs are not reimbursed. Paint or painting of our products is not warranted for all Manufacture. If Manufacture choose to replace a defective part, the end consumer may be responsible for any occurring freight cost or a handling fee of up to $25.00 at our discretion. Manufacturer assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages, including property damage or personal injury, resulting from the use or misuse of this product.

True Return & Exchange Policy

At MyTruckPoint, we make sure you get the right product that you are satisfied with. Our return and exchange policy are easy and hassle-free. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from your purchase date to exchange or return.

Most of our products are returnable as long as its in their original condition with all packaging, parts, accessories, paperwork. It has to be in new and unused condition.

No Restocking Fees on Exchanges

You get the lowest price guarantee. If you find a lower price we will price beat the price by 10% of the price difference or 5% on the price.

Returning An Item

Step 1: Call Us at 800.292.4173

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA)

Step 3: A Return Information will be provided to you. So pack & ship it back to us with both RMA label and return shipping label on the box.

Step 4: Received a Refund or Exchange

Restocking Fees

Products that are returned have a 20% restocking fee. There will be return shipping costs that the customer will be responsible for as well.

-We will waive the restocking fees if we made a mistake or you're received a defective product.

-We will also waive the restocking fees for and exchange of the equivalent product.

Non-Returnable Products

Some products are non-returnable. Special orders, Made to order, custom painted are non-returnable.

Return Shipping Cost

If there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our end, we will pay for return shipping otherwise the customer is responsible for it.

Received Wrong Product

Please make sure the part number on the order receipt and on the box is the same. If it does not match with what you ordered, please contact us at 800.292.4173.

We will arrange a return for an incorrect part and ship you the correct one.

Can I cancel the order I just placed?

Please contact us on 800.292.4173 or chat or Email support@mytruckpoint.ca within 30 minutes and we will do order best to cancel the order. However, once it leaves our warehouse and we are not able to cancel the order then the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back and may be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
