PRICE MATCH POLICY

At MyTruckPoint, we strive to offer competitive pricing while maintaining fair and sustainable business practices. Our Price Match and Price Beat program is designed to provide value to our customers while ensuring we compare pricing from reputable sellers.

Eligibility

• Price match requests are available to all customers.
• The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The product must be identical, including brand, part number, condition, and specifications.
• We only match against current publicly advertised prices.
• Items exclusive to MyTruckPoint or not widely available may not qualify.

Authorized Sellers

• We only price match authorized dealers and verified retailers.
• Marketplace sellers, including eBay and Amazon third-party sellers, may be excluded if seller authorization cannot be verified.
• MyTruckPoint reserves the right to determine seller legitimacy at its sole discretion.

Price Beat Details

• We beat competitor pricing by 10% of the price difference, not the total price.
• Example: If a competitor’s price is $10 lower, we discount an additional $1.
• Price match or price beat offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
• The lowest applicable offer will apply.

Shipping and Total Cost Comparison

• Price comparisons are based on the total landed cost (item price plus shipping).
• If a competitor charges shipping, that cost will be included in the comparison.
• If a competitor offers free shipping, only the item price will be considered.
• Competitor shipping terms must be comparable.

Exclusions

• Out-of-stock or backordered items
• Clearance, liquidation, or closeout sales
• Typographical, pricing, or listing errors
• Membership-based pricing
• Auction sites or bid-based listings
• U.S. retailers or international sellers, unless approved at our discretion

Right to Refuse or Approve

• MyTruckPoint reserves the full right to approve or decline any price match request at its sole discretion.
• This includes, but is not limited to, requests involving suspicious or unverifiable listings, pricing below cost, supplier restrictions, or misleading competitor offers.
• All price match requests are subject to review and final approval.

Processing Time

• Please allow 1–2 business days for review and processing.
• Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

General Notes

• While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur.
• We reserve the right to correct or cancel orders affected by such errors before fulfillment.
• Customers will be notified before any changes are made.
• For products not listed on our website, please contact us for a custom quote.
