True Return & Exchange Policy

At MyTruckPoint, we make sure you get the right product that you are satisfied with. Our return and exchange policy are easy and hassle-free. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from your purchase date to exchange or return.

Most of our products are returnable as long as its in their original condition with all packaging, parts, accessories, paperwork. It has to be in new and unused condition.

You get the lowest price guarantee. If you find a lower price we will price beat the price by 10% of the price difference or 5% on the price.

Returning An Item

Step 1: Call Us at 800.292.4173

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA)

Step 3: A Return Information will be provided to you. So pack & ship it back to us with both RMA label and return shipping label on the box.

Step 4: Received a Refund or Exchange


Restocking Fees

Products that are returned have a 20% restocking fee. There will be return shipping costs that the customer will be responsible for as well.

-We will waive the restocking fees and shipping if we made a mistake or you're received a defective product.

-We will waive the restocking fees on equivalent or higher exchange value.


Non-Returnable Products

Some products are non-returnable. Special orders, Made to order, custom painted are non-returnable.


Received Damage Products

Policy: Customers must report any damage to received parts within 10 business days of receipt to initiate a claim.

Failure to report damages within 10 days will result in loss of coverage for the damaged parts. Upon receiving the report, we'll assess the damage and take appropriate action.

Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to report damages promptly to facilitate timely resolution and coverage.


Payment Disputes and Chargebacks:

In the event of any payment disputes or credit card chargebacks related to an order, it will be considered a default on the payment owed to MyTruckpoint.
MyTruckpoint retains the right to forward defaulted payments in full, along with any outstanding debts to MyTruckpoint, to a collections agent. A 30% collection fee may apply.


Return Rejection

Shipping Cost Threshold: Returns may be automatically rejected if shipping costs exceed 50% of the product value. If you wish to proceed under these conditions, your approval will be necessary.

Refusal of Shipment:

Customers who decline the delivery of a fulfilled order will receive a refund for the order's cost, subject to deductions for any freight costs incurred by MyTruckpoint and applicable restocking fees.
Please note that this policy does not apply to special order items, which are non-returnable.


Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item that is in original condition with all packaging, parts, accessories, paperwork. It has to be in new and unused condition.


Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Products warranties these products against original defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the installed vehicle. This warranty excludes damage from accident, misuse, neglect, improper installation, fire, vandalism, or any form of abuse. Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product covered by this warranty. It is a parts-only warranty, and repair or replacement is the sole obligation and remedy for a defective product. Labor, installation, painting, incidental damages, shipping, and handling costs are not reimbursed. Paint or painting of our products is not warranted. If we choose to replace a defective part, the end consumer may be responsible for any occurring freight cost or a handling fee of up to $25.00 at our discretion. Manufacturer assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages, including property damage or personal injury, resulting from the use or misuse of this product.


Return Shipping Cost

If there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our end, we will pay for return shipping otherwise the customer is responsible for it.


Received Wrong Product

Please make sure the part number on the order receipt and on the box is the same. If it does not match with what you ordered, please contact us at 800.292.4173.

We will arrange a return for an incorrect part and ship you the correct one.

Product Fitment is customers responsibility. It is essential for customers to ensure that the product they are purchasing fits their requirements. Should there be any uncertainty regarding fitment, our team is available to provide assistance and guidance to guarantee that the selected product aligns perfectly with your needs and specifications.


Can I cancel the order I just placed?

Please contact us on 800.292.4173 or chat or Email within 30 minutes and we will do order best to cancel the order. However, once it leaves our warehouse and we are not able to cancel the order then the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back and may be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
