At MyTruckPoint, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless. Here's a quick guide to our shipping policy:
Free Shipping

Eligibility: Enjoy Free Shipping on most orders over $99 in the USA & Canada.

Exceptions: Oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping fees. We'll inform you of any extra costs before shipping.

Non-Eligible Locations: Free Shipping is not available to Vancouver Island, Yukon Territory, Northwest Territory, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories.
Fast Shipping

Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed the same day.

Shipping Time: Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.

Delivery: Expect delivery within 2-5 business days after shipping. We use top carriers like Purolator, FedEx, and Loomis Express.

Please note: In some cases, delivery may take longer if the part is located in a warehouse on the other side of the country or requires inter-warehouse transfer.
Shipping Limitations

P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of most items. Please provide a physical address to avoid delays.

Location : Free shipping does not apply to remote locations, including Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and certain areas of Vancouver Island.
Special Orders & Backorders

Handling Fees: Some special orders may incur additional fees, which we'll discuss with you before proceeding. If the cost is too high, you have the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
Warranty

Warranty Claims: For internal damage or missing parts, contact the manufacturer directly for faster service. If you experience any product issues after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer first. If they’re unable to resolve the issue, our team is here to help.
Oversized Items

LTL Freight: Items over 150 lbs or with dimensions exceeding standard shipping limits are shipped via LTL Freight. We'll notify you of any extra charges before shipping.

Special Handling Fees: Some item need special care while shipping for example batteries. Due to that additional fee will be applied.

Cancellations – In-Stock Items

Cancel Before Shipment: You can cancel an in-stock order if it hasn’t shipped yet. Once in transit, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it (shipping costs will apply).

Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee and applicable shipping costs will apply for cancellations.

Order Fulfillment: Once a shipping label is created, the order is fulfilled. Double-check your details before purchasing to avoid unnecessary costs.
Cancellations – Backorder/Special Order Items

Restocking Fees: For cancellations within 30 days, a 5% restocking fee and applicable shipping costs applies.

Non-Cancellable Items: Once special orders ship from the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled.

Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel an order and may lead to collection efforts. Contact us directly to resolve issues.

Shipment Refusal: If you refuse delivery, we will refund the item cost minus shipping and restocking fees, except for special orders, which are non-returnable.

Backordered Items: Out-of-stock products typically available.

Special Order Items: Products not regularly stocked due to customization or limited demand.
Core Fees
- Core fees are not included in the initial purchase price. If a product carries a core fee, our team will contact you to coordinate either a return of the core part or additional payment. Core fees are fully refundable upon the return of the old part, provided it is in a used but undamaged condition.
