MyTruckPoint Return & Cancellation Policy
At MyTruckPoint, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, our team is here to help. Please review the details below to understand how returns, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

1. General Return Eligibility (60-Day Policy)
Most products can be returned within 60 days of delivery, as long as they meet the conditions below:
Returns Within 30 Days
- Eligible for a refund to your original payment method
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in original packaging, including all components and paperwork
Returns Between 31–60 Days
- Eligible for store credit only
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all packaging fully unopened.
After 60 Days
All returns must be initiated through the Online Return Form. Unauthorized returns or packages without an RMA number may be refused or subject to additional fees.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Used, installed (partially or fully), test-fitted, or altered products
- Products missing original packaging, components, or documentation
- Electrical or electronic items
- Chemical-based items (cleaners, oils, lubricants, etc.)
- Clearance, discontinued, or final-sale products
- Mount & balance orders
- Special Order items (some may qualify for store credit only)
- Brand-restricted items, including:
- Select UnderCover tonneau covers

Rough Country items after 30 days
- Drillable wheels

Braelin, Armed Off-Road, Armed Street, and Armed Syndicate wheels
If a non-returnable item is defective within 30 days, we may offer a replacement or store credit after inspection.
MyTruckPoint reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. If a return is refused, customers must provide a prepaid return label within 7 days. Unclaimed refused returns may be disposed of without credit.

3. Return Fees & Restocking Charges
Restocking Fees
- All Returns: 20% restocking fee unless store error.
- LTL/Freight items (150+ lbs or large items): 15%–30% restocking fee
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If return shipping exceeds 50% of product value, MyTruckPoint may decline the return
Return Labels
You may use your own carrier or request a prepaid MyTruckPoint label (fees apply unless the return is due to our mistake).
Please photograph the product and packaging before shipping to document its condition.
Multiple products should not be combined into one return package unless instructed. Doing so may cause delays or incorrect processing.

4. Warranty Claims
For damage, defects, or missing parts:
- Contact the manufacturer directly first—this is the fastest resolution method
- If the manufacturer cannot resolve the issue, our team will assist
- After 30 days, all product issues must go through the manufacturer unless otherwise specified

5. Shipping Damage
Shipping damage must be reported immediately upon delivery within 10 days
- Keep all packaging for inspection
- Freight-related damage claims are handled by the carrier—not MyTruckPoint
- We will guide you through the reporting process when needed
- Because shipping claims cannot be submitted after 10 days, we are unable to arrange a return or refund beyond that timeframe.

6. Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming product fitment before purchasing.
If an incorrect part is ordered without consulting our team:
- All return and reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
- Oversized items incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to return shipping

7. Refunds
- Return inspections typically take up to 2 weeks after the product arrives at our warehouse
- Refunds (for eligible returns) are issued within 7–10 business days after approval
- Refund amounts will reflect deductions for shipping fees and applicable restocking charges

8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
You may:
- Request a refund (if eligible), then place a new order
- Or choose store credit, which will be issued once the return is inspected and approved

9. Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before the order ships
- A 5% restocking fee applies for cancellations unless store credit is chosen
- Once a shipping label is created or the order enters transit, cancellation is no longer possible
- The order may still be returned following standard return rules
Backorder & Special-Order Items
- Cancel within 30 days: 5% restocking fee
- Cancel after 30 days: 25% restocking fee
- Once the manufacturer ships the item, cancellation may not be possible
- Special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped
Shipment Refusal
Refusing delivery results in:
- Refund minus shipping and restocking fees
- Special-order items are not eligible for refunds
Payment Disputes
Chargebacks do not cancel an order. Please contact us directly to resolve concerns before filing a dispute.

10. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or international transit conditions.
MyTruckPoint is not liable for delays outside our control.

11. Gift Cards & Store Credit
- Gift cards never expire
- They are non-refundable
- Store credit is issued as a gift card and may be used toward any future purchase

12. Pricing Accuracy
We aim to maintain accurate pricing across our website.
If a pricing error occurs, MyTruckPoint reserves the right to honor or decline the price at our discretion. Customers will be notified before processing any affected orders.
