At MyTruckPoint, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless. Here's a quick guide to our shipping policy:
Free Shipping

Eligibility: Enjoy Free Shipping on most orders over $99 in the USA & Canada.

Exceptions: Oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping fees. We'll inform you of any extra costs before shipping.

Oversize item: If the wrong part is ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. If it’s a store error, we’ll cover all shipping costs.

Non-Eligible Locations: Free Shipping is not available to Yukon Territory, Northwest Territory, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories.
Fast Shipping

Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed the same day.

Shipping Time: Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.

Delivery: Expect delivery within 4-7 business days after shipping. We use top carriers like Purolator, FedEx, and Loomis Express.

Please note: In some cases, delivery may take longer if the part is located in a warehouse on the other side of the country or requires inter-warehouse transfer.
Shipping Limitations

P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of most items. Please provide a physical address to avoid delays.
Special Orders & Backorders

Handling Fees: Some special orders may incur additional fees, which we'll discuss with you before proceeding. If the cost is too high, you have the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
Oversized Items

LTL Freight: Items over 150 lbs or with dimensions exceeding standard shipping limits are shipped via LTL Freight. We'll notify you of any extra charges before shipping.
Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order to cancel it. If the order has already shipped, you may be responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
At MyTruckPoint, we strive to maintain accurate pricing on our website. However, in the event of a price error, we reserve the right to honor or decline the price. Any decisions regarding price adjustments will be made at our discretion, and we will notify customers promptly of any changes before processing their orders.
