Please note: These BBK Long Tube Headers may require the use of O2 wire harness extensions - these are not included. A Mid Pipe Is Also Required To Complete Installation To Cat Back Exhaust.
Significant Power Improvement
Significantly increase the horsepower and torque output of your GM 4.8L, 5.3L & 6.0L powered 1999-2002 GM Full Size Truck (2WD and 4WD) with this ceramic coated BBK Performance Long Tube Header System. BBK Performance headers will increase your exhaust flow giving you additional horsepower and torque along with a throaty exhaust note. The ceramic coating is very durable and helps hold heat in for more power and reduced under hood temperatures.
Top Quality Construction
BBK Performance headers are made from 1-3/4" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges. These headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance. All required gaskets and hardware included.

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
