With this in mind, ARB has sought to set an industry benchmark for how recovery points are designed, tested and selected by 4WDers. ARB's recovery point range seeks to address issues surrounding generic tow points and their unsuitability for a range of recovery situations. These issues include questionable and untested mounting locations, confusion regarding the selection of rated shackles and straps, and the inability of generic tow points to safely handle stresses generated by an angled pull during vehicle recovery. ARB aims to make it easy to find the correct recovery point for each individual customer with an engineered ?Recovery Train' in which each vehicle specific recovery point is rated for use with a 4.75t rated bow shackle and 17,600lbs snatch strap.

Free Shipping

  • Eligibility: Orders over $99 in the USA & Canada.

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.

  • Shipped via LTL Freight (items over 150 lbs or large dimensions).
  • We’ll confirm any added costs before shipping.

  • Special Handling Fees: Items like batteries may incur additional shipping fees.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
