All e2 hitches feature a unique rigid bracket system that is more convenient than using old chain-style hitch add-on sway controls. There's nothing extra to buy and install, store, bend or break. The e2's spring arms rest on top of a bare metal bracket, creating two steel-on-steel friction points. The two positive friction points resist side-to-side trailer movement better than add-on friction sway controls, without the hassle. e2 hitches provide: A less complicated hitching and unhitching process. Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
