2020 Super Duty 4in. 4 Link conversionersion - Coilover - Non DSC - rear shocks springs


Specifications:

Description_ASC Ford recommends the replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed.
Description_ASC Due to factory ride heights being lower on 2020 and newer model year trucks the net lift you will gain with this kit will be 1" more than advertised. (EX. 4" kit will net 5" of lift)
Description_ASC If installed on a truck with a top-mounted overload spring with an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8" UBT4027 (Qty: 4) is required.
Description_ASC Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
Description_ASC If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
Description_ASC Due to the taller factory ride height Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models.
Description_ASC Larger tires on the stock wheel are not recommended due to the brake line clearance required. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
Description_ASC Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
Description_ASC Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
Description_ASC Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle. (Safety Recall 21S31) Due to the recall procedure BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.

Description_MKT To optimize steering geometry once lifted a forged drop pitman arm is used to minimize the steering angle and pair it with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep them in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

This bolt-on upgrade utilizes high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
