BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.


Specifications:

Description_ASC 18" or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
Description_ASC Will not work with models with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping)
Description_ASC 18" wheels with 5-5.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5" backspacing is highly recommended for tire-to-frame crash bar clearance.
Description_ASC Models with 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (not included w/ kit)
Description_ASC Block kits replace factory 1-1/4" block. The stock block will not be reinstalled.
Description_ASC Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
Description_ASC Does NOT fit diesel models.
Description_ASC Will not work with Tremor models.
Description_ASC Some trucks with a 2 piece drive shaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear driveshaft. (Safety Recall 21S25) Due to the recall procedure BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.
Description_ASC This system has not been tested on models equipped with Ford BlueCruise.

Description_MKT BDS steps up the performance and capability of the 2021 Ford F150 trucks with 4-inch suspension lift kits. Designed to improve stance performance and capability this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires.
Description_MKT This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance strength and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers multipiece differential relocation brackets and skidplate designed for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets brake line brackets alignment cam bolts supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse.
Description_MKT In the rear BDS utilizes high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along and NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.
