Description_ASC Special tool (Kent Moore Tools Part #J-36202-A) is required to unload/load torsion bars. Not available through BDS.
Description_ASC Requires frame bracket modification and differential mount modification.
Description_ASC Not recommended for long box extended cab models due to crossmember interference.
Description_ASC All models equipped with auto-trac may require a new front driveshaft. The auto-trac New Process 246 transfer case can be identified by the silver dollar sized plaque on the rear of the transfer case that reads "NP246". The dash mounted display will display the Auto 4WD symbol. NP243 is not auto-trac.
Description_ASC Aftermarket wheels are required

For maximum driveability BDS designed this kit around heavy duty upper control arms and steering knuckles that offers zero track width change.This kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires.
Description_MKT This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance strength and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes torsion bar drop brackets heavy duty upper control arms high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers along with a multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy duty skid plates built for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar drops bump stop extensions brake line brackets CV spacers supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.
Description_MKT In the rear BDS offers both replacement lift block / add-a-leaf combo and full Glide-Ride leaf spring options to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity. Also for the rear are new u-bolts and precision tuned NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.
