This 2.25" diameter Borla(r) Cat-Back(tm) system is designed specifically for the Highlander XSE with the 3.5L. It delivers the classic S-Type sound with no drone inside the vehicle. The exhaust exits thru dual 3.23" x 2.80" oval bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. A system with black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips is also available. Borla(r) Cat-Back(tm) and Axle-Back exhaust systems feature patented straight-through and multi-core technology designed to unleash hidden horsepower. Increased exhaust velocity adds power, driving excitement, fuel economy, and the distinctive Borla(r) Sound of Power respected by motoring enthusiasts everywhere. Each system is built from premium high-quality austenitic T-304 stainless steel, superior to T-400 series knockoffs (such as 409), to give you the absolute best in performance and durability. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit.   • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.

Warranty

Oversized Items

  • Shipped via LTL Freight (items over 150 lbs or large dimensions).
  • We’ll confirm any added costs before shipping.

  • Special Handling Fees: Items like batteries may incur additional shipping fees.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.

Core Fees

  • Not included in the purchase price.
  • Refundable upon return of the old part in usable condition.
