The Borla(r) Cat-Back(tm) system 140868 was specifically designed to enhance the power and sound of the Ford F-150 equipped with the 5.0L V8 engine. It includes bright chromed T-304 stainless steel tips and a split rear exit configuration. The entire system is made of T-304 stainless steel and utilizes computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing techniques that ensure an accurate fit. This system features the "S-Type" sound that gives you a mild sound of power with no drone. It is also available with black chromed tips (part number 140868BC). There are additional systems available for the 5.0L F-150 that offer different options for sound level, tip finish and tip Exits. Add adapter 60564 for Regular Cab Long Bed (141.5") wheelbase vehicles.   • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
