MyTruckPoint offers Free Shipping on majority products in USA & Canada for orders over $50. However, there are certain locations where we are not able to offer Free Shipping but we try to ship with the lowest rates possible. Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed the same day.
Most of the products that are in stock are shipped Same Day or within 1-2 business days. There are certain products that are custom made to order which requires manufacturing time.

However, some products that are heavy and big in size cannot be shipped through a regular delivery system and requires additional shipping charges. Free Shipping is a cost that is covered by MyTruckPoint to help our customers with their purchase but not all the products and locations are eligible for Free Shipping. We do not ship to APO/FPO.

Heavy and big items do not qualify for Free Shipping. Some products are oversized and cannot be shipped through standard shipping. These products will not have a Free Shipping icon but you will be able to check out as Free shipping; however, if there is any additional cost you will be informed by our sales team before the item is shipped. If you do not wish to pay additional shipping cost, you have the option to cancel the order and request a full refund. Packages that weight more than 150 lbs are LTL Packages. Packages Lenght more than 165 inches in length and girth combined are LTL Package. Products that are returned have a 20% restocking fee. There will be return shipping costs that the customer will be responsible for as well.

Can I cancel the order I just placed?
Please contact us on 800.292.4173 or chat or Email support@mytruckpoint.ca within 30 minutes and we will do order best to cancel the order. However, once it leaves our warehouse and we are not able to cancel the order then the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back and may be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
