Product Description

A major problem in late 80's and early 90's Jeep vehicles were the vacuum disconnect front axles. RT Off-Road's Secure Disconnect Lock System removes and replaces that failure prone vacuum disconnect. The factory disconnect assembly is replaced with a reliable cable actuated system. The stainless steel cable is zinc coated to protect the already durable finish. Our aluminum housing replaces the factory vacuum assembly and installs directly in place with a new gasket. Our wiring kit will ensure the factory 4WD light continues to operate as it did originally. Finally, our dash bracket and hardware kit will make installation a snap.

Free Shipping

Fast Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.
  • Note: Delivery may take longer for distant warehouses or inter-warehouse transfers.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
