CustomFlow · Backup Camera Bracket

CF-CAM-2 Backup Camera Bracket for CustomFlow Elite Tailgates

CustomFlow CF-CAM-2 is a black metal mounting bracket that relocates a compatible truck’s original-equipment backup camera to a CustomFlow Elite replacement tailgate. It is a bracket, not a camera, wiring harness or complete tailgate.

Application

  • For compatible CustomFlow Elite tailgate installations
  • Reuses the truck’s OE backup camera
  • Positions the camera on the replacement tailgate
  • Black metal construction
  • Vehicle/tailgate compatibility must be confirmed before disassembly
  • Camera recalibration may be required by the vehicle manufacturer

Frequently asked questions

Q: Is a backup camera included?

A: No. CF-CAM-2 is the bracket used to retain a compatible factory camera.

Q: Is a tailgate included?

A: No. The CustomFlow Elite tailgate is purchased separately.

Q: Will it fit every CustomFlow tailgate?

A: No. Confirm the exact truck, camera and Elite tailgate application before ordering.

Q: Does it include a wiring extension?

A: The available product record identifies the metal bracket only and does not confirm an included harness. Verify cable reach for the specific truck.

Q: Can the OE camera be reused?

A: That is the purpose of the bracket on a compatible application.

Q: Will camera guide lines still work?

A: Guide-line behaviour depends on the vehicle and camera system. Verify operation after installation and perform manufacturer-required calibration.

Q: Does the camera position affect visibility?

A: Yes. Centre, angle and secure mounting matter. Test the full displayed field before relying on the system.

Q: What else should be checked?

A: Confirm tailgate opening, cable strain relief, connector sealing and any blind-spot or surround-view functions tied to the original camera.
