Product Description
The GMC Sierra is an excellent truck, with plenty of modern features. GM started including LED components in the headlights but stopped short of full LED. With upgraded headlights from Form Lighting, you can add full LED functionality to your truck, along with a number of modern features. Inspired by the late-model Sierra styling, these lights will give your truck a much more modern appearance. This features an LED turn signal along with a distinctive C-shaped daytime running light (DRL). If your factory headlights don’t have a DRL, no worries! Installation of this feature is simple thanks to the provided harness. The startup sequence isn’t the only thing that stands out. These headlights also feature an integrated sequential LED turn signal. Every time the turn signal is activated, amber LEDs activate in a smooth, chasing sequence. Form Lighting headlights are built with quality in mind, using OE-grade materials and design techniques. This features durable UV-coated polycarbonate lenses, automotive-grade LED emitters, breather vents, and OEM plug-and-play connectors. They are assembled in an IATF 16949-certified facility, which is a quality management system designed for the automotive industry. While they may not be the cheapest option you’ll find, you can rest assured that these lights will provide durable and superior performance. Form Lighting headlights meet all SAE, DOT, FMVSS, and CMVSS standards and regulations for legal on-road use in the United States and Canada, when installed and aimed properly - which is easy to do with the integrated screw-type adjusters.

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
