Description
xBanks Ram-Air Superiority. 4.0L 6-CYL: 1997-06 Wrangler. Banks Ram-Air Intake System replaces the factory's flat panel filter with a large conical filter that provides maximum high-flow filtration. The Ram-Air's opening is over twice as big as stock's, and without the 90-Degree detours that choke airflow and kill power. The huge inlet, enclosed housing and much larger tubing reduce restrictions, dramatically improving airflow to the cylinders. The results are impressive: Banks Ram-Air Intake more than doubles the factory intake's airflow, improving the Jeep's power and fuel economy. And Banks Ram-Air is designed to accommodate engine movement, which prevents component damage for reliable service life.Ram-Air Cold-Air Intake System, Oiled Filter for use with 1997-2006 Jeep 4.0L WranglerEnclosed housing keeps out hot, power-robbing engine airOutflows the stock intake by a staggering 116%Inhales cooler outside air for more power & MPGExtends service life & requires fewer cleaningsGiant filter maximizes high-flow filtrationAccommodates engine movementPrevents component damage5-year Limited WarrantyOILED Air Filter ElementHelps engine run cooler Emissions Compliant: D-161-112US Patent #10,138,851 B2
