Heavy Duty Replacement Tie Rod Kit reinforces your factory steering system for optimal performance when using oversized tires up to 40 Inch tall. With easy, no-drill installation, this kit is designed to replace the entire stock tie rod assembly, from the steering rack to the steering knuckle, ensuring superior strength and durability. Designed by Fabtech, this tie rod kit incorporates premium features from our exceptional 1-ton steering assemblies to deliver an unparalleled level of reliability. Engineered as a direct replacement for the factory unit, it seamlessly integrates into your vehicleÆs existing setup. One of the key highlights of this assembly is the oversized ball stud design present at each end. This design allows for increased steering movement, making it an ideal choice for Bronco owners who have upgraded their vehicles with enhanced suspension travel. Additionally, the center sections of the tie rods are double the size of the factory counterparts, providing exceptional resistance against bending when tackling off-road adventures. WeÆve also equipped the assembly with flexible nitrile rubber boots that cover the ball studs. These boots effectively shield the ball studs from contaminants, ensuring extended service life and maximum performance for your steering system.

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
