Our Above Floor replacement motor gear assembly will help get your RV's slide-out back to operating in no time. As an exact-match component, installation is easy and no assembly is required. The Lippert Above Floor slide-out system is a rack and pinion style slide system. Utilizing a bi-directional electric motor to actuate the drive shaft, the slide-out room is extended and retracted from the same source. The actuator has a built-in automatic braking feature. The Lippert Above Floor slide-out is designed as a negative or positive ground system.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
