ICON 198520A Multi-Rate Leaf Spring for 2019β2023 Ranger
ICON 198520A is one individual, modular rear leaf spring for 2019β2023 Ford Ranger. It includes an add-in leaf for three load-oriented spring-rate configurations. Two springs are required per truck; ICON 91200H installation hardware is required separately.
Features & Benefits
- Three user-adjustable spring rates: configures for stock-weight trucks or added permanent gear such as a rack, tent, spare or tools.
- Up to 35% lighter base spring rate: improves compliance and front-to-rear balance compared with the factory pack.
- Included add-in leaf: can replace or supplement a leaf according to ICONβs instructions for additional support.
- Greaseable tip inserts and galvanized separators: reduce interleaf friction, noise and corrosion exposure.
- Heavy-duty eyelet bushings: supplied with the spring; the original rear-eye hat bushings are reused.
- Direct factory-location mounting: engineered for the Rangerβs rear suspension and tested in ICONβs off-road validation program.
Fitment & Compatibility
- 2019β2023 Ford Ranger, rear position.
- Not compatible with Ranger Raptor.
- Two 198520A springs are needed for one truck.
- ICON 91200H hardware kit is required and sold separately. Confirm shock travel, brake-line clearance and permanent rear load before selecting a configuration.

- One 198520A leaf-spring pack with one add-in leaf and bushings.
- Second 198520A spring for the opposite side is separate.
- Required ICON 91200H hardware kit is separate; mounting hardware and U-bolts are not included with this individual spring.
- Rear shocks and installation labour are separate.

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
