Description
xProduct Description
Introducing the 2004-2008 Front Leaf Spring Frame Section, a crucial component designed specifically for Ford F150 Super Crew Cab trucks with a 5-1/2 Feet bed. This frame section is engineered to perfection, featuring a raw color finish with a rust preventative oil coating to ensure durability and longevity. Crafted from high-quality 0.125 Inch 1/8 11ga steel, this OE Replacement part undergoes precise CNC bending and robotic welding during its construction, guaranteeing top-notch quality. Measuring at 16 Inch in length, this frame section is intended to replace the factory forward rear leaf spring mount during installation. This replaces the frame section between the rear cab mount and the rear Fuel Tank Crossmember. The process involves cutting out the old mount and welding on the new one for a seamless fit. This part comes complete with replacement hardware, making the replacement process hassle-free. One of its standout features is the EZ Slip Design, which simplifies the installation process. Additionally, strategically placed frame holes facilitate easy alignment during installation. To ensure an exact fit, this frame section has been laser scanned for precise fitment, ensuring that it seamlessly integrates with your 2004 to 2008 Ford F150 Super Crew Cab with a 5-1/2 Inch bed. Trust in the quality and precision of this CNC bent and welded frame section to provide the reliability and support your vehicle needs.
