Description
xLaser X Grilles add a modern update to the traditional X-Metal Grilles with the upgraded laser cut steel 1-piece construction. The main grille design features a unique repeating Honey Comb pattern and the X-Metal studs and badging are prominently displayed on the black powdercoated mild steel. Laser X Grilles are available with chrome and black studs as well (Stealth Laser X Series). Our uncompromising quality begins with advanced 3D CAD supported engineering and design. All our products undergo rigorous testing for fit, finish, drivability and durability. Each part starts with a custom jig using laser cut materials, precision TIG welding and meticulous assembly and quality control. This dedication of American craftsmanship shows in every product that leaves our facility in California. All our black powdercoated grilles go through amulti-stage process, first they are sandblasted to prepare the surface for our epoxy primer base coat. Second, they are cleaned to remove contaminants from the sandblast process. Then an epoxy primer base coat is applied and cured to seal the entire surface, finally the color top coat is applied over the primer and cured to provide long lasting protection and a high-quality OEM finish.

- Exceptions: Oversized or heavy items may incur extra fees (we’ll notify you before shipping).
- Non-Eligible Areas: Vancouver Island, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & other U.S. territories.
Fast Shipping
- Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM usually ship the same day.
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.
- Note: Delivery may take longer for distant warehouses or inter-warehouse transfers.
Shipping Limitations
- No P.O. Boxes: Please provide a physical address.
- Remote Areas: Free shipping excludes remote regions.
Special Orders & Backorders

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
