Product Description

The low-ash formulation is intended for demanding marine-diesel service, including compatible engines with particulate filters, turbochargers and catalytic converters. Detergent/dispersant properties help manage deposits while the formulation addresses corrosion and oxidation.

The manufacturer distinguishes formal specifications/approvals from additional recommended applications. Select oil from the engine manual rather than assuming every marine diesel accepts 15W-40.
