Improve the power and efficiency of your Duramax with the Mishimoto hot-side intercooler pipe and boot kit.The factory hot-side pipe for the 2004.5-2010 Duramax features numerous restrictive bends and chokes the engine with 2.5 piping.The Mishimoto intercooler pipe is 3 in diameter, which provides a significant increase in airflow that results in more power and lower EGTs.The Mishimoto hot-side intercooler pipe and boot kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade and features mandrel bent aluminum with a fully polished finish made right here in the USA.Mishimoto intercooler piping kits feature our silicone boots with DuraCore technology.Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots.Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil.This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts.To add even more reliability this kit includes Mishimoto constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding power.This hot-side pipe is the perfect addition to the Mishimoto 6.6L Duramax performance intercooler.The Mishimoto hot-side intercooler pipe and boot kit includes our signature lifetime warranty.

Fast Shipping

  • Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM usually ship the same day.
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.
  • Note: Delivery may take longer for distant warehouses or inter-warehouse transfers.

Shipping Limitations

  • No P.O. Boxes: Please provide a physical address.
  • Remote Areas: Free shipping excludes remote regions.

Special Orders & Backorders

Warranty

  • Shipped via LTL Freight (items over 150 lbs or large dimensions).
  • We’ll confirm any added costs before shipping.

  • Special Handling Fees: Items like batteries may incur additional shipping fees.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
