Lippert ™ helps you climb to the top of your RV with this aftermarket ladder upgrade specifically designed for prepped units, giving you enhanced stability, safety and more control. This telescoping RV ladder gives RV owners the ability to get up and down their trailer with enhanced stability and ease. Unlike other ladders on the market, our telescoping ladder extends at an angle, making it more like climbing stairs than scaling a vertical wall. The On-the-Go Ladder comes equipped with permanent mounting brackets that easily attach to the On-The-Go Ladder Receiver installed on the back of your rig. This allows you to secure your ladder to your RV and then simply extend it to the height you need to safely climb to the top. Plus, the segmented locks on each step help ensure a secure climb that's fit just for your RV.

  • Eligibility: Orders over $99 in the USA & Canada.
  • Exceptions: Oversized or heavy items may incur extra fees (we’ll notify you before shipping).
  • Non-Eligible Areas: Vancouver Island, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & other U.S. territories.

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.

  • Shipped via LTL Freight (items over 150 lbs or large dimensions).
  • We’ll confirm any added costs before shipping.

  • Special Handling Fees: Items like batteries may incur additional shipping fees.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.

Core Fees

  • Refundable upon return of the old part in usable condition.
