CIPA Custom Towing Mirror Replacement Glass with affixed mounting plate for replacement of cracked or broken glass on your CIPA Custom Towing Mirror. The mounting plate features a ball and socket design which provides a quick and easy way to change out your broken glass. This part replaces the mounting plate and glass on CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors part numbers 10000, 10300, 10700, 10701, 10702, 11900, 11901, and 11902. Not sure which CIPA Custom Towing Mirror you have. This will replace the glass and mounting plate on CIPA Custom Towing mirrors that fit the following vehicles: 1986-1997 Dodge Pickups, 1986-1997 Dodge Vans, 1980-1995 Chevy Pickups, 1980-1995 Chevy Vans, 1980-1995 GMC Pickups, 1980-1995 GMC Vans, 2002-2006 Dodge Ram 1500, 2003-2006 Dodge Ram 2500, 2003-2006 Dodge Ram 3500, 1997-2008 Ford F-250, 1997-2008 Ford F-350 Super Duty, and the 2000-2008 Ford Excursion.

Fast Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.
  • Note: Delivery may take longer for distant warehouses or inter-warehouse transfers.

Shipping Limitations

  • Remote Areas: Free shipping excludes remote regions.

Special Orders & Backorders

  • May incur additional handling fees (discussed before shipping).

  • Shipped via LTL Freight (items over 150 lbs or large dimensions).
  • We’ll confirm any added costs before shipping.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.

Core Fees

  • Not included in the purchase price.
  • Refundable upon return of the old part in usable condition.
