Swagman 64683 Chinook 2-Bike Platform Hitch Rack
The Swagman Chinook 64683 is a two-bike platform rack for Class 2 1.25-inch and Class 3 2-inch receivers. Adjustable wheel trays, locking ratchet hooks and wheel straps secure common bike sizes, while the tilt function allows rear-vehicle access with bikes loaded.
Bike limits: Carry no more than 45 lb per bike. Standard trays fit tires up to 3 inches wide, wheels from 20 to 29 inches and wheelbases from 20 to 50 inches.

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
