Swagman 66689 E-Spec 2-Bike Platform Rack

The Swagman E-Spec 66689 is a heavy-duty, two-bike platform rack for Class 3 2-inch receivers. It uses locking ratchet hooks and a locking threaded hitch pin, carries wide tires and supports heavier e-bikes, with a reduced load limit and required bolt configuration for towable-RV use.

Returns & Cancellations

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
